What was the highlight of Oasis Hotel
Fantastic!
The receptionist and hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile. Absolutely love how they packed sandwich for my friend and I and arranged for airport shuttle when we have to catch a plane at 6am in the morning. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel (during my first time to Clark city)

What was the highlight of Oasis Hotel
Relaxing
The breakfast was great. We especially liked the small longganisa. The room was also big, nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very courteous and friendly.
I only put a “good” score on facilities and family-friendliness because of the swimming pool that is too deep for kids. Hopefully, you’ll have a swimming pool in the future that is more kid-friendly.

Comfortable bed n very friendly staff.
Comfortable bed n very friendly staff. I requested for our breakfast to b packed by 4am and to my surprise, there was even 4 cups of coffee. The ham n cheese in wholemeal bread was very good.
The aircon in the room was not cold. Hotel offered to change a room for me but since I m settled in for the night, I didn't want the hassle. So the technician brought a standing fan to the room. The hot water supply in the shower was not constant. Waited very long for hot water to run in, meaning wasting a load of water. And halfway through shower, the water temperature is lowered. I could hear music coming from outside the hotel compound but that stopped after 11pm. There are 2 bedside lamps at the centre of 2 beds but the switch does not allow me to leave only one light on. And the lamp shade is not long enough to cut off glare when I lay down.

What was the highlight of Oasis Hotel
Excellent staff. Piano music wonderful
Bed very comfortable. Did not eat croissants. I loved the gardens and large pool. Reception staff were excellent as were the dining room attendants. I particularly enjoyed listening to the piano music.
I can’t suggest anything I did not like. I am happy with all aspects Enjoyable
